14-Day Return Period

Our return policy is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Within this 14-day period, you may return an unused and unactivated Tangem Wallet for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Unused and Unactivated Device: The Tangem Wallet must not have been activated through the Tangem application. Activation permanently links the device to a unique private key; for security reasons, activated devices are not eligible for return.
• Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Shrink-wrap is not required.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Activated Devices: Activated Tangem Wallets cannot be returned for security reasons.
• Signs of Use or Damage: Products showing signs of use, scratches, or damage are not eligible for return, as returned items must be resalable as new.
• Device Compatibility Issues: If your device’s NFC module is too weak to power the Tangem Wallet, a refund cannot be granted. Please verify NFC compatibility before purchasing.
• Unconfirmed Defects: If you believe your wallet is defective, you must first contact our support team for troubleshooting and confirmation. Refunds will not be issued based solely on customer assessment.
• Other Circumstances: We reserve the right to refuse returns for reasons not explicitly listed, in accordance with applicable laws.

Faulty Devices

If your Tangem Wallet is faulty upon arrival or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or repair. This process is separate from the 14-day return policy, which applies only to unused and unactivated devices.

Consultation Fee (Non-Refundable)

The $99.00 consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee applies regardless of whether you already own a cold storage wallet.

If you have a cold storage wallet from another manufacturer—such as Ledger, Trezor, Ellipal, or similar—the consultation may include assistance with setting up that wallet upon request.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email triplebcc523@gmail.com within the 14-day return period and include:

• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the product you wish to return

Once reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Consequences of Non-Refund

If a refund is not issued for the reasons stated above, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any related claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses, to the extent permitted by law.
