1. Introduction These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of Tangem hardware wallets and related accessories (“Products”) through our website at https://triplebcc.com (“Website”), as well as your use of associated information from https://tangem.com and any web or mobile applications connected to the Products (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Triple B Crypto Consultant (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering, placing an order, or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other referenced policies (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement, and are not accessing the Services under false pretenses.

2. Age Restrictions & Eligibility The Services are intended for adults. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately if we suspect a violation of this policy.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice Nothing on the Website or in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Tangem hardware wallets are non-custodial devices: private keys are generated and stored exclusively on your card/device — we do not custody, control, access, or recover your keys or funds. You are solely responsible for securing your recovery phrases, understanding blockchain risks, and complying with all applicable taxes, regulations, and laws in your jurisdiction. Always consult qualified professionals before using cryptocurrency products.

4. Online Store & Orders 4.1 You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws (including intellectual property laws). 4.2 We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to suspected fraud, reseller activity, stock limits, or per-person/household restrictions). We may notify you using the contact information provided. 4.3 Payment is processed immediately upon order placement via our payment processor (powered by IONOS). Your card is authorized for the full amount; final capture occurs upon shipment. Declined payments prevent order completion. 4.4 For returns, refunds, shipping, and related matters, refer to our separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Products & Availability 5.1 Product descriptions, pricing (in USD, exclusive of taxes/duties), and availability are subject to change without notice. 5.2 We may restrict sales to certain persons, regions, quantities, or jurisdictions at our discretion. All offers are void where prohibited by law. 5.3 We do not guarantee that Products or Services will meet your expectations, be error-free, or function without interruption (except as required by mandatory consumer protection laws). Authenticity of Tangem Products can always be verified using the official Tangem app.

6. Modifications to Services or Prices We may change prices, products, content, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability to you or any third party.

7. Accuracy of Information Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and may not be current, complete, or accurate. We are not responsible for any reliance on it. You must provide and maintain accurate, current billing and account information.

8. Intellectual Property 8.1 All content on the Website (text, images, code, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. 8.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own/control. 8.3 You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application or any part of the Services except as expressly permitted. 8.4 We respect third-party IP.
